Taarkashi Rooster Art

Taarkaashi inlay work is the process of engraving/inlaying thin wire strips on wood.  We reached out to our award-winning artist for making the first ever taarkashi art rooster! Despite being more than 500 years old, this artform has retained its exceptionally magnificent craftsmanship. The process of Taarkashi inlay is quite tedious and requires the utmost precision- starting from the seasoning and cutting of wood, to the inlaying and buffing.
