What kind of products do you sell online?

Parodarsh sells exclusive hand crafted products covering the vast spectrum of Indian handicrafts with stress upon new age colour schemes and decor.

Are all of your products hand crafted?

Do not clean the paintings with wet cloth or sponge. Take care of the canvas. Even though we have applied a coat of varnish, cleaning with dirty hands may leave avoidable marks on the surface. 


With wooden and metal sculptures, murals, lamps, you may use only a mildly damp cloth to clean. Infact that goes for all the products sold on our website including glass and paper mache. We strongly request you not to use wet wipes with chemicals to clean the surface. Please do not wash any handicraft item under running water.

Will the colour fade?

All handicraft products tend to fade a little if exposed to harsh sunlight or other elements of nature. If you adorn them in corners or spots in your house, away from these locations then the colours are permanent and see slight aging over the years.


How do I place an order?

Simply, choose and shortlist the product you wish to buy, click on “Buy Now”, proceed to the billing page and click on Place Order. Follow instructions to complete your order.

Do I have to sign up for an account to buy something?

No, signing up for an account is an option, you can check out / buy as a guest. But signing up gets you access to new products!

How will I know that the order has been placed?

You will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation. We also have a Whatsapp option.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail with tracking ID of your order when we have despatched the order.

Is there an option for bulk orders?

Yes, we accept bulk orders on most of our products. You may send an email to us on or Whatsapp us on 8591452634 for further details and to place orders.


What payment methods do you provide?

All domestic and international digital payments are accepted. This includes all major debit and credit cards, Netbanking Options and Mobile Wallets.

Are there any charges / hidden charges when I make a payment?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on our online shop. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive of GST and shipping charges within India. For international shipping the actual delivery cost is added.

Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take to receive an order?

We do our best to dispatch every order within two working days of receiving the payment. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. Within India, it will take approximately 3-5 working days to reach you. Outside India, it will take anywhere between 8 to 14 working days depending on your location.

How is my order shipped?

All domestic orders are shipped through established couriers from our stock room in Mumbai. International orders are dispatched within 2-3 days from receiving the order.

Exchange and Returns

What is the return policy?

Please refer our RETURN AND REFUND POLICY for all details relating to this request. 

What is the exchange policy?

We do not have an exchange policy. 

How do I get a defective order replaced?

Any replacement for a defective order will be treated as a return. You can either exchange or get a full refund within 7 days after we receive the item. 

My package / product is damaged in transit. What do I do?

If you find that the package or product is damaged in transit, please send us an image of the product immediately within 24 hours via email ( or Whatsapp us on 8591452634. Please return the package to us immediately thereafter. Upon receipt of the damaged piece, a new package to be sent to you within the next 7 working days.

How quickly will I get a refund?

You will be refunded within 7 working days after we have received the return package at our office. 

Can I ship different items in my order to different addresses?

No, we cannot send parts of an order to different addresses. In case you would like items from your order to reach different addresses, you will have to treat them as separate orders. Please place individual orders for each address.

How do you pack my shipment?

All the items are packed with utmost care using environment friendly recyclable materials.

Are there any shipping charges?

For domestic service there are no shipping charges. For international shipments shipping charges are on actual basis.

Can I change shipping address after placing my order?

We will love to change the address if your Parodarsh has still not been despatched. If already out in the courier, the same will not be possible.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship overseas. And yes, we DO NOT add any administrative costs to international shipping in order to keep the costs to you as low as possible. Dispatch time for international parcels is 3-4 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide insurance for international orders. If an item arrives damaged, please send us images of the damage so we can take steps to help you with the next course of action.

Shipments sent outside of India are sold exclusive of GST and may be subject to import duties or sales taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Goods can be detained in customs and fees incurred. Parodarsh is not responsible for the taxes, custom fees or duty charges. We recommend that you contact your local tax office if you require more information on import duties, tax and import entries fees.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it in anyway. Before submitting your order, please carefully review all cart items, payment and shipping details.

Are my payment details handled securely?

Yes, at Parodarsh we handle  your credit card details with full security. When paying online with your credit card, we employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to securely capture your details and send on to our online payment gateway. Please do not send payment details to us by email. Email is not encrypted nor a secure means to transmit credit card information.

Do your prices include Goods & Services Tax (GST)?

Yes, all our prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) within India.

How do I track my order?

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is dispatched, along with the courier’s website where you can track your order. You may enquire about the current status and delivery whereabouts of your order at any time after placing your order. Please contact us with your order number (if applicable) to request details. All enquiries will be handled during weekday business hours.
